“I loved my time in AOSCM! The club is well supported by Mihaylo faculty staff and industry advisors. I have
received great opportunities to be involved with supply chain professionals
and manufacturing environment, as well as scholarships and development
opportunities. As one of the club’s officers, I was given autonomy and
support to create events and networking opportunities for my peers. Through
the club, I was able to find an awesome job right out of school. I am proud
to be an AOSCM member and I encourage you to become one as well!”

“Being involved in clubs has given me opportunities to gain
first-hand experiences outside the classroom and into the real world. What I
would recommend to current students is to get involved in school clubs and
activities, network the best you can, and take advantage of the resources
these clubs and club members provide you. It can take you to the next level
in your future career.”

“Joining AOSCM was one of the best
decisions I made in CSUF. Being a first-generation college student and
full-time worker, I experienced the ups and downs of college life. Joining
AOSCM has helped me educate myself about operation and supply chain, expand my
professional network and open a lot of career doors. In addition, please make
sure to schedule 1:1 Career consulting with your professors or career center
for resume review and mock interview.”

“I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to serve as a former
president of AOSCM (2017-2018). It gave me so much purpose when I was in
school and it helped me developed in many ways. I had the opportunity to meet
and collaborate with amazing people and to hone my communication skills. I
created lasting personal relationships as well as professional relationships.
I was able to have opportunities that I would not have been exposed to if not
for AOSCM. My current job is a product of being able to network with
professionals in the industry and show my passion for Operations and Supply
Chain.”
