Executive Roundtable

As part of our ongoing outreach, APICS Orange County chapter hosts a series of events for senior supply chain and operations executives. These events are designed to provide executives an opportunity to meet, network and exchange ideas on supply chain topics of strategic importance to their operations.

Arrow Down Event Summary - Next event coming soon.

  • This event is a facilitated discussion between senior supply chain and operations executives. It is designed to be an open group exchange of experiences, learning and ideas directly between senior executives. Participants are supply chain, operations or other interested executives including C-level, Vice Presidents and Directors or business owners. APICS Orange County hosts the event and helps to facilitate, but the contributors are the participants themselves in an open forum discussion. The April event will be the fourth in the series.

  • The events are mid-week, morning sessions held at a centrally located Orange County hotel. The session opens at 7AM with a half-hour of networking followed by the roundtable discussion. A light breakfast is provided.

  • The session concludes at 10:30 AM, enabling executives to make late morning or lunch meetings.

Arrow Down Discussion Topic

  • This session will focus on the five key topics of the book “The New Supply Chain Agenda” by Reuben E. Sloan. The key topics are: People, Technology, Internal Collaboration, External Collaboration and Managing Change which most, if not all, supply chain executives deal with on a continuing basis. We encourage participants to exchange experience including both challenges and successes in these areas.
