Microsoft Office Project is a popular application software used for managing projects and/or programs in business environments. This accelerated course is intended to provide both novice and experienced project/program managers with the most commonly required skills for creating, managing, monitoring and controlling project plans throughout the project life cycle. Through this completely hands-on learning experience, the learner would develop skills in creating schedule and cost baselines, creating resource pool and allocating various resource types, building calendars, creating custom WBS codes, using Earned Value Management (EVM), creating sub-projects and programs, and accessing various data views and tables.
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch (included)
Required: bring your own laptop with Microsoft Project 2010 or later version already installed.
