June 20, 2018

Presented by Sean Ghotbi

(Click for more information)

In today’s increasingly complex and rapidly growing global marketplace and demand economy, most businesses take on more undertakings faster than ever before in order to stay competitive and relevant in their industries and beyond. The business initiatives and undertakings whether related to running the business, growing the business, or transforming the business demand more than just the technical project management skills to be delivered successfully.  They also require strong business intelligence and leadership skills to effectively lead the project stakeholders and deliver the intended business outcome; the three skill types of the project manager which the Project Management Institute (PMI) refers to as “The Talent Triangle”.
